Ans: Generally it is 2pm, however we do not cover all areas everyday. To keep delivery costs down we have setup specific delivery days for each area

Ans: Yes we provide flexible trading terms, contact us to set it up.

Ans: Our free delivery amount is $300 ex gst
Q:6 - Can i return stock?
Ans: We accept returns as long as it is within 7 days of delivery, is unopened and in good condition. Refrigerated items we are not permitted to return

Ans: If items are missing, we must be notified within 24 hours of deliver so we can conduct an investigation.
Q:8 - Will i receive a tax invoice?
Ans: Yes we provide tax invoices with the delivery Can i get bulk discounts? Certainly - on large quantities we always attempt to obtain a discount from our suppliers.
Q:9 - Can someone come out and see me?
